Those who say they don't, aren't paying attention.Take the House vote yesterday, a squeaker at 219-212, on the climate change bill called the American Clean Energy and Security Act. It was the first time ever that a full body of Congress had passed a comprehensive climate change bill since the issue was first brought up in Congressional hearings maybe 20 years ago.You can bet that Anne Northup would have joined her fellow Republicans and voted no.
