Microsoft, Intel join funds in Russian IT alliance

A technology development consortium founded by Intel Corp., Microsoft Corp. and the Russian National Commonwealth of Business Angels will hold a field business session next month, the first of three promised for 2008, reports the C-News Russian IT Review, with eight Russian start-ups presenting to potential investors.
