Vistaar Religare Film Fund Gets SEBI Approval; Plans To Raise $50 Million

Vistaar Religare Film Fund has received approval from market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its $50 million (Rs 200 crore) fund. The fund is a joint venture between Ranbaxy promoters led financial services business Religare Enterprises and Mumbai-based film production house Vistaar Entertainment Ventures. The fund is a five-year close-ended one with the option of extending it for another two years.Vistaar-Religare already has eight projects lined up aggregating a outlay of $20 million (Rs 80 crore), reports The Times of India.
