UK Property Tycoon Vincent Tchenguiz In Talks With Tatas For $10B Cleantech Fund

Vincent Tchenguiz (in the pic), the UK-based, Tehran-born property magnet, is in talks with Tatas to seek investment from the latter into his proposed $10 billion enviornment fund.
