Yesterday was supposed to be a day of substantive debate in the Senate on the best way to cope with global warming. But instead of focus on the most pressing economic and humanitarian crisis of our time do you know what several of our senators did? They bickered over whose turn it was. They quibbled over who got to talk when. They huffed about who interrupted whom.
