Ah, the end of summer.Just in time for Labor Day road trips, Tropical Storm Gustavs approach is sending oil prices up again. Oil has inched past $116, in large part on fears that Gustav will hit the U.S. Gulf Coast ground zero of the countrys oil infrastructure as a major hurricane.Though its hardly the issue most on the minds of those within the path of the storm, its worth pondering how Gustav might affect the politics of energy and the environment this fall. At the very least, coming as it does in the middle of both political parties conventions, its likely to highlight calls for the U.S....
