Tough talk, tougher choices (AP)Senator Barack Obama really wants to tackle climate change, of course. Thats such a big issue, its running neck-and-neck with health care at the top of the Democratic economic agenda. And Senator Edward Kennedy barely mentioned climate change in his teary convention speech, unlike health care.
