Wind advocates point to a study by CRISTINA L. ARCHER AND MARK Z. JACOBSON Supplying Baseload Power and Reducing Transmission Requirements by Interconnecting Wind Farms .This study shows, wind advocates claim that systems of windmills, given proper grid interconnection, can supply base power.
