Gorbachev: Will the US Become an Empire or a Democracy?

Mikhail Gorbachev says the candidates need to talk about the increasing tendency to militarize policymaking and thinking, and to state clearly whether they plan to continue in this direction. I'm pretty sure I know the answer in one case. For McCain, it's a solid yes.
