Iowa: Pronto Markets Sold E85 as Regular Unleaded or E10

An Iowa-consumer protection lawsuit, filed by the Attorney General's office in Black Hawk County District Court on Aug. 13, alleges that Pronto Market gas stations in Sumner and Fairbank, Iowa, improperly and fraudulently sold E85 ethanol fuel as either unleaded regular gasoline or E10 ethanol blended fuel, according to a news release....
