Analysts predict coal prices to double - would open the gate for biomass

A surge in global demand for coal, a persisting power crisis in South Africa, ever lower inventories in China and supply constraints in key producing areas (Australia, Indonesia) have ignited prices, with some analysts now predicting coal prices to double over the coming two years.
