Renault teams with French utility on personal electric mobility

Filed under: EV/Plug-in, RenaultLast week, Renault reached an agreement with French electric utility EDF to work on zero emissions personal transportation systems. EDF already has a substantial fleet of electric vehicles, claimed to be the world's largest. EDF will cooperate with Renault on bringing the battery-powered vehicles that it is developing with partner Nissan to the mass market in France.
